 TranSystems Corporation is the Prime Consultant leading the architectural / engineering team on this project. Based in Kansas City with 6 regional and 20 local offices, TransSystems specializes in providing professional planning, engineering, environmental and construction services to government agencies and transit authorities.
Other key consultants making up the Design Team include: Dick & Fritsche Design Group, HKS, Inc., Blunk Demattei, Morrison Maierle, Inc., Michael Baker, Kimley-Horn, Nabar Stanley Brown.

Construction Manager / General Contractor
 Austin-Layton is the Construction Manager At-Risk. Austin Commercial and Layton Southwest make up this joint venture. Austin has offices in Phoenix and Dallas and construction projects throughout the United States and abroad. Layton has offices in Phoenix and Salt Lake City and constructs projects throughout the Western United States.
