Architectural Design Team Selected for the Bus Maintenance Facility
February 2004 — the architectural firm of RNL Design was selected to be the architect for the planned new Bus Maintenance Facility (BMF). The BMF will be located at the southeast corner of 24th Street and Buckeye Road on an 8-acre parcel. The construction value of the BMF will be approximately $4.6 to $5.0 million and will consist of an Administrative Building, Maintenance Building, Bus Wash, Bus Fueling and parking area for a fleet of 62 buses.
Design will commence February 2004 and construction is estimated to commence the 1st quarter of 2005.
