Construction Managers At-Risk Selected for Rental Car Operator projects

June 2004 — the following Construction Manager At-Risk firms were selected to construct the Exclusive-Use Area improvements for the various Rental Car Operators. The EUA improvements consist of; retail tenant improvements in the Customer Service Building, tenant improvements in the Garage and improvements at their exclusive Service Sites. The combined construction value of the EUA improvements is approximately $45 million. Construction is estimated to commence the 1st quarter of 2005.
