Architectural Design Teams Selected for Rental Car Operator projects

January 2004 — the following Design Firms were selected to design the Exclusive-Use Area improvements for the various Rental Car Operators. The EUA improvements consist of; retail tenant improvements in the Customer Service Building, tenant improvements in the Garage and improvements at their exclusive Service Sites. The combined construction value of the EUA improvements is approximately $45 million. Design will commence February 2004 and construction is estimated to commence the 1st quarter of 2005.
