Rental Car Center Commences Construction

October 2003 — the construction of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Rental Car Center officially commenced in the month of October 2003. The Construction Manager at-Risk responsible for this component of the project is Austin-Layton. The approximate value of this portion of the project is $160 million. It will include the construction of the; Customer Service Building, Parking Garage, installation of all utilities, roads, curb and gutter and landscaping on the 141-acre site, and all related bridges and ramps. Austin-Layton estimates that the construction phase will complete in Winter 2005.
