ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN TEAM SELECTED

The City of Phoenix has selected the Architectural Design Team for the Rental Car Center project. TranSystems Corporation will serve as the Prime Consultant. TranSystems is a Kansas City-based architectural engineering firm with established operations in Phoenix. TranSystems (previously Cullen-Burr Associates) has a long history in working with the City of Phoenix on various projects at the airport, including, but not limited to the Terminal 4 Parking Structure Expansion, Phase I & II East Economy Garages, Air National Guard Relocation Program, etc. Other key consultants making up the Design Team include; Dick & Fritsche Architects, HKS, Inc., Blunk DeMattei, Morrison Maierle, Michael Baker, Kimley-Horn, Nabar Stanley Brown, Clark Engineers, Pearson Engineering, Logan Simpson Design and Thinking Caps.
