PROGRAM MANAGER SELECTED

The City of Phoenix has selected the Program Manager for the Rental Car Center project. Abacus Project Management, Inc. will serve as the Prime Consultant. ABACUS is a Phoenix-based full-service program and project management consulting firm. ABACUS has also worked with Sky Harbor International Airport on the following projects; Terminal 4 Parking Structure Expansion, Phase I & II East Economy Parking Garages and the Terminal 4 Retail Renovation program. Other consultants making up the Program Management Team include; PGAL (Houston) — Design Phase Manager, Aztec Engineering (Phoenix) — Civil Design Manager and Arvizu Advertising (Phoenix) — Community Relations. The Program Management Team will provide overall coordination of the Pre-Design, Design, Construction and Occupancy phases of this comprehensive program on behalf of the City of Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport.
